Mary Ila is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Career Development Faciltator (GCDF) and Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Instructor. With a love for all things business and psychology, she received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from The University of Alabama and her Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
