Jane Perdue, Founder and Principal of the consulting firm Braithwaite Innovation Group, is a leadership futurist who writes, speaks and consults on how we think about leadership, power, inclusion and stereotypes. Prior to joining Braithwaite, she was a vice president for fifteen years at Fortune 100 companies including Comcast and AT&T. Triggered by a clueless boss who described her as an “Aunt Polly,” Jane has co-authored two books on leadership (with another one in the works), and her articles have appeared in SmartBrief, Forbes, and The Glass Hammer. She is the former president of the Board of Directors for the Charleston, SC Center for Women. Jane loves chocolate, TED, writing, kindness, both/and, wine, and shoes.
